Senior Project Worker (1 x Full-time position) Salary: £17,500 per annum. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Night Project Support Worker (1 x part -time position) Salary: £15,500 per annum. This salary is pro rata for part time positions Hours: 24 hours per week (2 waking night shifts). Area: Seaford, East Sussex Jiva Healthcare is keen to appoint a highly motivated individual to work in our residential service based in Seaford, supporting clients with Mental Health and other complex needs. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the management team with leading on all aspects of service delivery to clients with the view of maximising their independence and achieving their desired goals. You will also be responsible for staff supervision, assisting with staff recruitment, induction and performance management.
